Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of ServiceLabs, the developer utilities platform operated by Finnoto (“we”, “us”), including servicelabs.dev, the console at app.servicelabs.dev and the API at api.servicelabs.dev (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.
Access
The Service is provided to Finnoto teams and to partners we invite. Access is at our discretion and may be limited, suspended or withdrawn at any time. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
Accounts and API keys
- Keep your password, two-factor device and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys.
- Revoke a key promptly in the console if it may have been exposed, and tell us at [email protected] about any suspected unauthorised use.
- API keys, callback signing secrets and invite links are for the person or system they were issued to. Do not share them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- process content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, infringing or malicious;
- use the Service to attack, probe or overload any system, including by pointing utilities or callbacks at systems you are not authorised to access;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication or access controls, or to access other users' keys, jobs or data;
- reverse-engineer, resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.
Your content
You keep all rights to the documents and data you submit. You grant us permission to fetch, process, store and transmit them only as needed to provide the Service to you. Output files are available to anyone who has their link and are kept only for a limited period. Do not rely on the Service as a storage system.
Availability and limits
We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. Usage limits apply, including per-key rate limits and a maximum run time per job, and may change. We may modify, add or remove utilities and features.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access, revoke keys or disable accounts if we believe these terms have been breached, to protect the Service or its users, or when access is no longer needed. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for checking that outputs, such as converted or split documents, are correct before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do, and your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
